It's funny how we find ourselves getting caught up in the paper chase, which very often leads to the "rat race" as my man Robert Kiyosaki puts it. But at the end of the day If one is able to positively conclude that he or she is truly content, there in lies true riches. Ye's recent quote further emphasized this train of thought...

I don't do anything I don't love anymore... I loved the flashing lights vid so it didn't matter 2 me if someone one else didn't. While people chase money I pursue happiness. So many people talk about there investments or how much money they have but there's so many rich people who spend a lot of that trying 2 buy a piece of happiness. If there's anything my mom taught me is to enjoy life. I just recorded my first verse in the last 6 months 2 days ago at Bape's Studio in Japan. It felt good and I was inspired. I absolutely lost my mind (in a good way) on the new Glow in the Dark tour. The constant hours of creating helped me 2 keep from loosing my mind in a bad way. Chris Milk told me tragedy can produce great art and this is definitely true. I am a total mad man now, up till 3 am every night, trying 2 fight pain, board-um, and uncertainty with creativity. All that said, life is good..... good as finding the perfect fabric for a simple one button casual blazer with matching pants.

Im up @ 5am and I cant get back to sleep......and this is all I can think of. I actually did a little Wu set @ the PotLuck this past weekend. This was definitely a dope track!

BACK IN MY YOUNGER DAYS

Yo! So Im bored up here a 3:35am waiting for artist to make new music so I can put it on my "08 is Mine" mixtape and I start going through old files listening to stuff and I came across some beats that I made a while ago. Some of the beats were decent most of them were terrible, I'm gonna share some of the beats with you right now..

"5th Element" is my favorite beat out of all of them because I sampled this beautiful part of the movie where Bruce Willis is saving Milla Vonich (whatever here name is) and I never forgot the music from that part so I turned it into a beat

"Blow" is actually terrible to me, I sampled one of my favortie songs "Poison" and it turned out good when I first heard it back in 03 but listening to it now that shit sounds bad to me. But the drums are tight and it was a creative concept. Plus I remember when I first played it for my dude Riddell he got super hype in the car and start dancing and shit cause he thought it was tight.

"Ike and Step" is a beat i made with my boy ike, the shit actually was made into a song by Team Tuck, I actually just had a meeting with Extro (of Team Tuck) which also made me think of these old beats. Here is the beat I'll also upload the song if I can find it.

Rappers if you like any of these beats hit me up and let me know and I will send them to you free of charge cause I really don't wanna be a producer. So just let me know if you want one.
