Isaac Hayes: (1942-2008) R.I.P.
We experienced another fallen solidier this weekend with the passing of Isaac Hayes. Hayes is an iconic symbol in not only soul music but in black culture as a whole. Ranging from our favorite blaxploitation films to songs promoting black activism through social awareness. This is a devastating and untimely blow, brother Hayes will truly be missed.
