On The Rise: Unique
Last week, newly signed Def Jam artist Unique attended a meet and greet for Endustry Power Players (shouts to my 2nd fam! lol) at HU, and I must honestly say, I was beyond impressed. A lot of the new artists coming out are not grasping the concept of good music and letting these record labels kick the "this-is-what-sells" pitch. I had never even heard of him before coming to HU, but now I see why this dude is on the rise, he's talented! To top it off, he is hands down, one of the coolest, most down-to-earth, artists I've ever met. Most of all, he doesn't shy away from the fact that he is still a young kid from Brooklyn with a dream to be a star. Plus his fresh is bananas,(and he's HOT!shhhhhh,lol!)!! i been a fan of unique since early 2007 and i remember his internet reality show where he showed his struggle, he took us to his hood to show that he is just like all of us he has his own struggle and he tryna make his dream come true...its all hard work but his future is so bright!!!vcant wait for his 1st vid. He is as real as they come genuwine and humble!!!LOVE YAH UNIQUE

yooooo i been down with this dude for lik almost 2 years and there is not a day he ever put me down..like word on everything this dude is like an inspiration to alot of people he's like a little angel (with a mean swagg lol)just to come and make a difference in alot of people's lives. I love this dude like crazy and all i gotta say is these little niglets(lol) out here need to watch out cause Unique bout to take over word on everything and ya can def. count on seein my big face everywhere yu see him imma b down for this dude forever and that's Word!

omg i love unique sooooo much! hes definately going to be the biggest artist the industry hasnt seen in a WHILE!! hes sooo iconic and such a big deal! he sounds dope, looks like a young michael jackson, and his style is ridiculous. . .who else in th eindustry has a combination like that? The chris browns bobby valentinos and whoever else i dont really care about is going to shrivel up and pull their hair out when his single drops!! i can wait!!
i love him soooo much!! his songs warms my heart and puts a smile on my face everyday. Hes such a nice person and spreads confidence to all his fans and we feel like individuals instead of just a group of fans! not only do we love him but he loves us too! i cant wait for him to drop i been his fan for yrs before and will continue for years to come!!
